Hello! My name is Inna Rubinchik, the exclusive leasing agent for Compass Realty and curator of my blog that provides expertise and information to enhance property owners’ opportunities. My passion, skills and experience lend the perfect balance to creating solutions and offering services that stem from my dynamic personal and professional background that has made me who I am today.
I started my life as an adult from scratch as an immigrant moving from Russia to the US with my extended family at the age of 14. With no more than a suitcase in hand, we truly defined the expression of pulling oneself up by the bootstraps. We collectively redefined our lives within a nurturing environment that my parents created, who went from established professionals to a world where they didn’t speak the native language. My reach in life extended as I put myself through college and channeled my entrepreneurial spirit, raw determination and ability to generate an abundant life dependent on my efforts into designing my professional life.
My work today matching the perfect tenant with properties that resonate with their lives is supported by the work ethic and life skills that stemmed from my experiences. Together with my rich history in taxation, finance, and real estate acquisition along with also being a landlord, I am able to offer a view on life, and real estate, that connects me to my work on a unique level. I live my life with appreciation for the circumstances that shaped me and with a passion to continues to drive me.
